I was so stoned and now the feeling started to ease up. Tears came out weirdly like tear gas was near. The first thing I tried to do was arranging a laptop deal, and they asked me to put some cash down. It was a pretty good deal, so I checked a few stuff - I'm not really gullible and I find myself pretty vigilant. Today I picked up the new device, it was pretty clean. I wanted to add some personal touch on the shiny laptop, so tried painting on the cover. It looked bad and it went down in flames kinda. I had to hit the sack. This morning I took a look at it again It looks messy and looks like a bulletin board in a way. This looks strange but If i had been indoctrinated that this is real art and beautiful, would that have looked good and a triumph? I planned for a revamp. I posted this on a website and I liked the impersonal approach when they criticised my work.

As a child, I was always in distress. My home didn't feel like home. My childhood was just a whirlwind. Because of this background, I became very prudent at very early age. I found my frinds in the class immature, which actually is supposed to be since they were literally kids. I was able to share musings getting grasp of big pictures rather than being pedantic, when the friends were pouting about not getting enough video game times. It was around 10years ago I met her in the school. Ms.M was pretty insightful and she noticed that I was acting a little differently. After class she would make me stay in the classroom and ask some questions about me and my family. I thought she had nerve that she was asking about something that isn't within normal social boundary. But this actually upended my life and all my perspective. because of her unwavering support for me to persue my dream and a normal life, I put a pin in being grumpy towards her and finally opened up with her. I was so used to having high heart palpitaion out of random, surprisingly, I was able to cure this talking a lot with her. She's not one of those fabled historians of something, still I give her name whenever I get asked who I admire the most. The whole process was pretty painstakingly difficult. But she set me on end, with rudimentary knowledge.

I only have the most rudimentary grasp of the language. My knowledte is only rudimentary.

Andy was very smart but sneaky. Like, street smart, he didn't even take tertiary education. He won by a whisker in the competition by making the other candidate distracted by a couple ranting and raving about some news near the set. He knows how to utilize situations and people around him. However, he couldn't do anything when he faced the imminent accident in his car. Often our brain stops when we see an obvious impending situation. That urgency serves as a hinderance in part. He's now in hospital. The public room was pretty much an aggregate of janky things. The room was full of old peole, and they were so set in their ways, his attempt to manipulate their mind was like a water off duck's back. When I got to his hospital room, I could read him loud and clear. He was out to escape the room. That was not a spur of the moment decision.

You should spend less time ranting and raving about how unfair your professor is and spend mroe time actually studying the material.

  • I discovered an issue with the way font weight is being shown in Inspector Mode. It is not showing up correct in that mode. (In our designs, it's A but in this mode, it's B)

If there will be a senier level member joining us, they would roll out the red carpet. But no candidates match what they were looking for. If one matches the level of intergrity, they lack of confidence. And one was really good at configuring layouts to optimise user experience, but they relyed on guesswork a lot so wasn't a good fit. It's just like a curve and it's asymptote. (The CEO is in the middle of axis, not even close.) Becuase it was really hard to hire a right person, I had to parse through the documents on my own. It's already been a while since it dawned on them that they need more people. So HR team posted a role on many websites with delineation. There were so many candidates but they were all same so the leader just saved his breath. Before I left the job, I wanted to tell them they need a compromise, but they wouldn't listen to me, so I held my tongue. I hope you keep your intergrity and not peter out. If there's no squircle on the menu, you should control radious.

In this company, communications happen remotely. Because of that all the employees work asynchronously, but scheduled and unscheduled meetings happen sporadically too. This style was actually up my alley, also given that my interpersoanl skills are very bad, I was in love with this style. Once new hire joined the team and started to turn the tide. He scheduled regular meetings in lieu of messenger communication, and all the team members deprecated. He was in the provocation period, and leading up to the end of the provocation, wanted to take a stab at for new methods. We kinda put our foot down firmly saying we're not gonna take the fall for, and I thought he had a knack for annoying people, but this challenging, inquistive attitude grabbed CEO's attention so he got promoted right away. It wasn't low hanging fruits, so i started to believe him as a leader and decided to take a leap of faith.

I was very anxiois in the time leading up to the event. What exactly led up to his resignation? Many voters were still undicided in the days leading up to the election. Leading up to the wedding, I was really nervous.

People who are self-deprecating downplay their abilities because they are humble -or want to appear that way.

I love books so volunteering at the library is up my alley. That's right up my alley, I'd love to do it.
