In the video, they talk about how they review peers in the company. The company is in the top tier, that is beyond dispute. They work freely, having the run of the place. Employees get excited at the offers but they wouldn't be happy with the subsequent peer reviews. Harsh reviews to their faces are all in a day's work, counterpart leaders have to discuss layoffs quarterly. They will take into account all the propositions, ideas and deliverables of people in the team, subsequently, some might be let go. The process itself is not cumbersome, the system is as easy as falling off a log. At all event, It doesn't sit well with everyone's minds.
