페레로로쉐 하면 떠오르는 황금빛 쉘 초콜렛과 견과류, 누텔라.

근데 초콜릿바 형태로 출시된 것을 이제야 알게되었다. 

살펴보면 여러가지 맛이 출시된 거 같은데 

1. 밀크 헤이즐넛 (오리지널) 
2. 다크 헤이즐넛
3. 화이트 헤이즐넛
4. 밀크 헤이즐넛 + 아몬드

그런데... 내가 매장에서 발견한 또 다른 맛은

다크 헤이즐넛 + 쏠티드 카라멜 맛!!!

그래서 무슨맛일까 궁금해서 하나 집어들었다. 헤이즐넛과 함께 카라멜이 가미된 필링이 안에 들었다고 한다. 

궁금해서 매장을 나오자마자 뜯어서 시식을해봤다. 

일단 안에 든 필링이 꾸덕하고 액체같을거라는 예상과 달리 퍼석한 질감이었다. 헤이즐넛 향도 나고 달달한 카라멜도 느낄수있지만 쏠티드? 쏠트 어디갔노 싶었다. 안에 필링 때문인지 기본 바 초콜렛보다 꽤 두꺼운 편이지만 (두바이초콜렛보다는 훨씬 얇겠지만) 크기가 그렇게 크지 않다. 한화로 5천원정도 주고 산 가격을 고려했을때 가성비가 좋다고는 할 수 없으나 인플레이션 영향을 받은 다른 장바구니 물가를 생각한다면 그렇게 비싼 건 전혀 아니었다. 더군다나 얼마 전에 두바이 초콜렛을 2만원 주고 사 먹은 것을 생각하면 4분의 1 가격이기도 하고. 괜찮은 퀄리티의 초콜렛 소비를 위해 합당한 가격이라고 판단되었다. 

또 사먹을 의향은 있으나 다음엔 다른 맛을 시도해볼 것 같다는 생각이 든다. 

하지만 또 하나 덧붙이자면 페레로로쉐를 굳이 바로 먹는 것보다는 기존 오리지널 쉘 형태에서 낭낭하게 든 누텔라와 아몬드를 즐기는 것이 훨씬 더 현명한 소비가 아닌가 싶기도 하다. 오랜 역사로 같은 초콜렛을 만들다보니 우리에게 이제 식상하게 느껴지는 페레로로쉐이지만 클래식이 진리라는 말은 찐인거같다.
